Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday may not begin processing until the next business day.

Between Monday to Friday, orders will be despatched within 24 – 48 hours from the date of purchase.

Full payment for goods including freight charges must be cleared and sighted in our bank account before the order can be despatched. 

Orders will be shipped via standard shipping with tracking details provided once the order has been despatched.

Should your purchase be a pre-order and not available for delivery within 24-48 hours, we will contact you to advise an estimated date of delivery.
  • A signature for receipt of goods is required at the customers nominated delivery address.

  • If no-one will be available upon delivery to sign for goods, an Authority to Leave goods at the delivery address is required as additional redelivery costs may be incurred.

  • If a delivery is attempted and no-one is at the delivery address to sign for the goods and a redelivery charge is incurred, the customer acknowledges that they will pay the redelivery fee incurred when requested to do so.

  • No redirection to an address not stated on the sales invoice and/or third party address is permitted.

  • No redirection of delivery without written authorisation from Aero Australia or its associated entities is permitted.  Should an unauthorised redelivery fee be charged to Aero Australia by the carrier, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for the redelivery charge and will pay Aero Australia forthwith when requested to do so.
